Be aware of this seller. It is a scam. I ordered a Wizard Blower from AM Diagnostics. The blower needed to be charged for 5 - 6 hours and only worked less than 10 minutes. I requested a return but AM Diagnostics refused to pay for the return postage. The item is clearly not functioning properly but the seller argued the item can work for 10 - 15 minutes after you charged for 5 - 6 hours(!!). I fully charged the blower but it worked less than 10 minutes. Are you joking? You charged the battery for 5 - 6 hours and worked less than 10 minutes? The blower needs to go into the bin. Don't buy the Wizard Blower and don't buy from AM Diagnostics. They will not care about after sale issue.

Update** staff still rude & short in emails acting like you know nothing. Frustrating the employees dont have good customer service. There was one time a few months ago i did recive help from a lovely lady but i cannot remember her name unfortunately.
